How to Install a Bird Flight Diverter on the
Hotstick and Extendo Attachment Tool
Position the bottom of the fin onto the slot
on the lower end of the attachment tool.
Push the top of the bird flight diverter under the hook at the top of the attachment
tool until the diverter snaps into place.
The Bird Flight Diverter is now ready to
install.
Installing the Bird Flight Diverter on the Power Line, Static Wire, or Guy Wire.
Using a Universal Hotstick or Extendo-Stick, position the diverter above the line where it is to
be installed. Pull down until the diverter seats itself on the line and then twist the attachment
tool away from the diverter to detach it from the unit.
