Steps for Filling of Form
Key points to be taken care before filling the
application form
1.
It is advisable that filling of form should be done only after completely reading and
understanding the respective TOR.
2.
Fill all the columns like qualifications, experience, skill, etc. These are mandatory fields.
Do upload all requisite documents as per TOR.
3.
Please do not give any such information which is/are not in context with or relevant to
TOR .
4.
Repetition to be avoided. Please be specific.
5.
Latest photograph (preferably digital) with maximum 50 KB size to be uploaded.
6.
For District & Block positions, If candidate seeks to change the district/block preference
than, push refresh button given therein.

For state level position (SPMU) if the candidate intends to add more information
regarding project/program, than this can be done by using tab "add
project/program".
9.
For work experience complete year will be counted. For example: experience of 10
years and 11 months will be counted as experience of 10 years only.

For date of birth verification, upload certificate of 10+2 or old metric.
11.
Original scanned certificate should be uploaded.
12.
Every server has speed/capacity constrain while in peak hours. Understanding the
same suitable time slot should be selected for filling of form.
Soft copy of following documents must be kept ready with
you while filling of form
1. Passport Size Digital Photograph.
2. 10+2 or old metric mark sheets.
3. Mark sheet of educational qualifications as per TOR.
4. Experience certificate/s.
5. The relevant material as per the TOR for “Essential and Desirable
points”.
6. Domicile Certificate, Hindi/English typing certificates(for secretarial
assistant and data entry operator position).
7. Training certificates(mandatory for procurement position only).
Steps for Registration & Filling of Form:
Registration is mandatory before you start filling of form. For this you have to
follow these steps:1. Register Your Self – You will get a verification message containing a code
from LM-JOBWCD, use that code to verify your mobile number (It is
important to point out that this code will be required on completion of
registration process to print registration slip).
2. After successful registration, you will be automatically redirected to next
step. If you are not redirected automatically or if you want to fill up the
form later then you can login from home page by given user id and
password.
3. Select the position .
4. Now read carefully Term of Reference(TOR) for the selected position.
5. Then Click

Fill all the details and upload all the documents as per the TOR.
Register Your Self – You will get a verification message containing a code

registration process to print registration slip).

id & password.
If you are already registered then login with your
id & password.
Select the
position by

Verify Your Mobile Number . (It is important to point
out that this code will be required on completion of
registration process to print registration slip)
You will get your Registration Receipt on your email inbox. Due to some
technical slag , if you do not get verification code on your mobile, even then
you will get registration receipt on your email.
Take a Print out of Receipt by
clicking on
Button.
Retain this
receipt with
you.
Note:


Every Position have some different form structure. Thus due care
should be taken while filling the same.
Now You are ready for filling up application
form.
You will not be given any EDIT option
after once you get the registration slip
and no request will be addressed in
this regard.
