Resetting Your Password
How to Access
Within the District:
Apps Page (http://apps) – Click WebMail button; or
https://email.milwaukee.k12.wi.us/exchange
https://email.milwaukee.k12.wi.us/exchange
Outside the District:
First Time Log on Instructions
Your Initial Password
To access OWA, use your MPS User ID, which is the same as
your E-Mail ID in Eudora. Your initial password has been set to
the last 4 digits of your social security number, followed by the
words “changeme”. For example, 1234changeme.
Click on Log On button.
Once you are in OWA, it is suggested you change your password.
Changing Your Password
Click on Options button in lower left hand corner of screen.
Scroll down until you see the heading of Password.
Click on Change Password button.
This screen will appear (below).
You will have to log in using your MPS User ID and xxxxchangeme
password.
Click OK button.
Do not check Remember my password
The following screen will open. Fill in screen as described below
and shown in example to the right.

Old Password:
New Password:
Confirm New Password:

Choose your new password
Repeat new password.
Click OK. Your password is now successfully changed.
Close window and enjoy your new email application.
Users at the following Active Directory schools do not have to change their Outlook
Web Access password. The Outlook Web Access email username and password is the
same as the AD login username and password.
