‘How to Better Leverage Project Foundry®’ Un-Conference OFFICIAL CONFERENCE ITINERARY
2nd Annual ‘How to Better Leverage Project Foundry®’ Un-Conference OFFICIAL CONFERENCE ITINERARY July 29-30, 2010 Professional Leadership Institute (PLI) 2430 West Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53233 Project-Based Learning Systems PO Box 510526 Milwaukee, WI 53204 July 19, 2010 Greetings! Last year’s Project Foundry Un-conference was a hit! Attendees appreciated the dynamic nature of the agenda and time dedicated to networking with others from across the country. This year we’re hosting the 2nd Annual Project Foundry Un-Conference July 29-30, 2010 at the Professional Learning Institute (PLI) in Milwaukee, WI, right in our own back yard! As an attendee, we're sure your going to get your most burning Project Foundry questions answered through the dynamic schedule we create as a group on day one. We're thrilled Peter Pappas is coming back to help facilitate and be Thursday’s lunch keynote. If that’s not enough, you'll really appreciate Thursday night’s entertainment... dinner and drinks served on a rooftop terrace of a four story art museum overlooking downtown Milwaukee. Friday we’ll show off some of the many new features and improvements of Project Foundry 4.0— due for release Fall 2010. The enclosed agenda outlines the nature of the conference as well as the important detail of how to get around while visiting Milwaukee. Sincerely, Shane Krukowski Managing Director Our Dynamic Agenda In an effort to adequately maximize the value of our time together, the conference is organized with a dynamic agenda. What does this mean? It means we have a schedule (see below), but most of the topics/ sessions will be decided on each day of the conference based on the needs identified by the group. The sessions will then be facilitated by varying members of all those in attendance. Don’t worry, no one is required to facilitate a session. There will be enough folks interested in fielding conversations based on who we know is attending. This format allows space for varying levels of users to get specific answers to specific questions. Likewise, the agenda format allows attendees to see how other schools may be leveraging various parts of Project Foundry in a very real and just in time manner. Wednesday (7/28) Travel Day.
