Network Scan
1. Open the EFMS Device Manager
Start/All Programs/EFMS/Administration/EFMS Device Manager
2. Username – toshiba. Password - efms
3. Press SCAN NETWORK
4. Type in an IP address range to search for Devices on the network.
{For training use 10.61.10.0 – 10.61.10.255}
Does the network support DNS? If so, tick LOOKUP DNS NAMES

5. Press SCAN
6. Select the Devices you wish to add then press DONE

7. Press STATUS to see all of the Devices current status.

Create Departments
1. Open the EFMS Client
Start/All Programs/EFMS/EFMS Client
2. Username – toshiba. Password - efms
3. From the SERVER menu, select EDIT DEPARTMENTS
4. Type in a new Department name and press ADD
5. Repeat Step 4 for each new Department you wish to add
6. Once the Department has been added you can enable the reporting
options for each Department.

7. To add a Device to a Department or Location, right click the Device and
select SETTINGS
8. Using the drop down menus in the ADMINISTRATION tab you can now
select the appropriate Location and/or Department and press OK.

See if you can add some Locations which are also from the Server menu.

Creating Reports
1. Open the EFMS Client
Start/All Programs/EFMS/EFMS Client
2. Username – toshiba. Password - efms
3. Right click on the Location or MFD you want the report generated for
and select the type of report you want.
In the above example a table will be created for all the volume of Head Office,
Level 3.

4. Press EXPORT in the top left hand corner of the new report to export any
report to CSV.
5. Now Select GET DEPARTMENT COUNTERS
6. Press OK to read the counters from e-Bridge Devices
7. Select how you would like to handle the department counters

NOTE – Depending on where you right click, you can generate a report for
the entire fleet, for one department/location/cost centre/model or for just
one device.
By right clicking here you will generate a report
for the entire fleet or for ‘All Locations’
By right clicking here you can generate a
report on the Devices just on Level 1.

just on this 1 device.
