How to apply business loan thru ASK COM
Gather loan application document for us to analysis the loan application. The document are as follow:‐ A. M&A. Complete Form 24. Form 49 and Latest Annual Report Return (only Sdn. Bhd)
B. Form D (Register of Business) and SSM Info (only Sole Proprietor and Partnership) C. Last two (2) years Management account that submitted to Income Tax. (only Sole Proprietor and Partnership) D. Last twelve (12) months banks statements. E. ICs and name card of directors. F. Company profile, product catalogue, certification and other relevant information. (if any) G. A copy of Bank Letter Offer from other banks. (if any) * Our assessment officer will call for more info.

be delivered directly by our Consultant Co-ordinator to the applicant within 5 to 7 working
days upon received the application form.
A Consultancy Agreement (Letter Offer) will be signed and chop if the borrower agrees to
proceed with the loan application. The appointed consultant co-ordinator shall be providing
services and carried out the duty as requested by the company such as collecting all the
relevant document according to the Document Checklist provided. A Processing Fees, will
be collected in Advance after the Consultancy Agreement is signed. The amount of
Processing Fee is base on number of banks to be submitted. The Submission Fee will not be
refunded if the loan application is not successful due to borrower fault.
The application shall be process upon receiving the processing fee and all the relevant
documents as requested.
Banker will do the company visit for the loan application.
Bank Letter Offer will be out within 30 to 60 days (case to case base)
Professional fee based on the principal amount approved shall be paid by post dated cheque
one day after signed of Bank�s Letter of Offer and the cheque shall be deposited for
clearance one day after the disbursement of loan.
MINIMUN REQUIMENT
