2010 Summer B Meal Plans Terms & Conditions
This agreement is made between UCF Dining Services and the meal plan payer and/or recipient, who agree to the following:

A $30 returned check fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Submit the completed and signed meal plan agreement with payment in person to the UCF Dining Services Business Office (located next to the
Marketplace), by fax 407-823-0053, or by mail to UCF Dining Services, P.O. Box 168017, Orlando, FL 32816-8017. A meal plan agreement,
including these terms and conditions, can also be downloaded by visiting www.ucfdining.com.

Your UCF ID, which serves as your dining card, is required for all transactions – exceptions will not be permitted.
Block plans meals do not carry over from semester to semester.
Resident Meal Plans are not transferable to others. Members may bring in guests with the Dining Dollars portion of their account only.
Block Meal Plans may use additional meals for guest. All Meal Plan meals must be eaten at Marketplace. Block Plans cannot be downgraded.
A one-week grace period is provided for meal plan changes. Summer B grace period ends 07/02/2010. Service charges and other restrictions
may apply. Please see a dining representative for further details.
The dining week runs from Wednesday morning to Tuesday late night. Unused meals for Weekly Meal Plans do not carry forward to the next
week or next semester. Visits on Block Meal Plans must be used over Summer B. Unused visits do not carry forward to the next semester.
If your UCF ID card is lost or stolen, you must immediately report it to a Dining Services representative; UCF Dining Services cannot be held
responsible for any unauthorized purchases. Failure to report a lost or stolen card may result in a loss of funds. You must also apply for a new
one at the UCF Card Office.
UCF Dining Services reserves the right to alter services or hours of operation. Notice will be given with modified schedules posted at Marketplace
dining hall and online at www.ucfdining.com.

Marketplace will be open on June 26 2010 from 6 – 8 pm and will close at 2 pm on August 6 2010. In observance of Independence Day,

Marketplace will have the following modified hours of operation: 11 am to 5 pm from July 3 2010 through July 5 2010. Regular hours of

operation will resume on July 6 2010.

Dining Dollars may be added to any Meal Plan.
Dining Dollars may be used at all dining locations on-campus.
Funds may be added at any time by contacting the UCF Dining Services Office or by visiting our website at www.ucfdining.com. There are no
minimums to maintain and NO FEES.
Cancellation Policy (Initial that you have read _________)
All requests for meal plan cancellation, as outlined below, must be accompanied by documentation from the university that you have withdrawn from
the university. The amount of your refund is based on the date UCF Dining Services receives the documentation noted above. The refund value for all
dining memberships is recalculated on a weekly basis throughout the summer term. All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. If you
submit a medical reason, it must be approved by UCF Dining Services. If approved prior to the start of the meal plan, the cancellation fee will be
waived.

If you officially withdraw from the university (academic disqualification or probation, medical (UCF Dining Services approved) and you notify us
prior to the start of the academic semester, your dining membership contract will be cancelled and you are entitled to a full refund without a
cancellation fee.
If you officially withdraw from the university (academic disqualification or probation, medical (UCF Dining Services approved) and you notify us
after the start of the academic semester, or inform us of your withdrawal after the academic semester has begun, you are entitled to a refund of
the remaining value of the membership, as recalculated on weekly basis and will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
There are no cancellations or refunds on Block Meal Plan.
