What is the opening date for Camelback Lodge?
A. Camelback Lodge is slated to open in the Spring of 2015. We are currently taking reservations for
May 1, 2015.
When can I make a reservation?
A. We are currently taking reservations for May 1, 2015 and beyond.
Where can I get information about the NEW Camelback Lodge & Indoor Waterpark?
A. Your best source of information is our website www.CamelbackResort.coom or by calling our Central
Reservation Center at 855.515.1283.
What types of rooms will you have available?
A. We will have single room suites, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites, including some loft units. We will have
suites with full kitchens as well as fireplaces. View our website for full descriptions and layouts.
Where do I explore employment opportunities?
A. You can find a link in the footer of the CamelbackResort.com website, which features an online job
application.
What amenities will be inside Camelback Lodge?
A. Camelback Lodge will have 452 rooms (from single room suites up to 3 -bedroom suites), a 125,000 sq
ft indoor waterpark, a 30,000 sq ft indoor, dry play center (with ropes course, mini-golf, laser tag, arcade,
etc.), 22,000 sq ft of meeting and event space, multiple restaurants and lounges, a luxury spa and kid’s spa.
Are you Ski-in, Ski-out
A. Yes, the lodge is located at the bottom of the mountain and will have access for ski-in and ski-out.
Do you offer WiFi internet service?
A. Yes, we offer FREE WiFi internet service to support multiple devices.
Is Camelback Lodge a smoke-free property?
A. Yes, designated smoking areas are available outside the building. Therefore all guest rooms and public
areas are non-smoking.
Will you sell day passes to your indoor waterpark to non-staying guests?
A. As a general rule, you must be a guest of the hotel to use the indoor waterpark; however, Camelback
Resort non-staying guests who have purchased tickets to other Cameback Resort attractions (e.g.
Camelback ski, snowtube, Camelback Mountain Adventures or Camelbeach), can purchase limited
waterpark passes. The price is $39.95 for adults and $29.95 for children (under 42’).
Will you host banquets, meetings, birthday parties, weddings and other special events at the Lodge?
A. Yes we offer 22,000 sq. ft of meeting space in 5 ballrooms, breakout rooms and an intimate
boardroom/brides room.
RESERVATIONS
When will you accept reservations for your Grand Opening time frame?
A. We are currently taking reservations for arrivals starting May 1, 2015 and beyond. As soon as we
know our construction schedule, we will have a better handle on the exact dates that guests may
experience Camelback Lodge.
How do I make reservations or get more information?
A. Call our central reservations office at 855.517.1283. 9 am EST to 9 pm EST.
Will you have a Grand Opening Special?
A. Yes, we will have a coupon book, which will include over $200 worth of resort savings, including a $50
resort credit and other discounted savings.
Will you offer ski or other Camelback Resort packages?
A. Yes, we will have multiple types of packages available, which will include your room rate. Visit
CamelbackResort.com to learn about packages and rate specials.
What time is check-in and check-out?
A. We welcome you to pre-register with us as early as 12:30 pm on the day of arrival and begin your day
of fun. While you are enjoying all of the play features, we’ll be getting your room ready. Check-in begins
after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is at 11:00 am, however, after you check-out, you may continue to use the
waterpark all day! There are locker rooms, showers and towels available for you in the waterpark.
Is there a deposit when making my reservations and do I need a credit card on file during my stay?
A. Yes, Camelback Lodge is an advance deposit hotel. To guarantee your reservation, we require the first
night’s lodging, taxes and resort fee to be billed to a major credit card at the time of reservation.
The same credit card must be presented along with a valid photo ID at the time of check-in. The credit
card will remain on file during your stay, so if any incidental ch arges are placed to the room from any of
the resort charges by cash or other credit card, please be sure to settle up with the front desk prior to
11am on the day of check-out.
What is the cancellation fee?
A. If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason, anytime between the time of making the
reservation and 72 hours prior to 4 pm on the date of arrival, there will be a $30 processing fee. If you
cancel less than 72 hours prior to 4 pm on the date of arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. You may
change your dates for no fee; however, we can’t guarantee that the rates will be the same on the different
date.
Do you offer group rates?
A. Yes, we offer group rates for groups of 10 or more rooms. Our group phone number is 570.517.7022.

Do you allow pets?
A. Regrettably, we do not allow pets except for service dogs and others that assist guests.
What is the cancellation fee?

How old do you have to be to reserve a room?
A. You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve or check into a room. All guests under 18 years old
must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Identification is required at check-in.
AQUATOPIA INDOOR WATERPARK
Do you have to be a guest to use the indoor waterpark?
A. Resort guests can use the indoor waterpark. Guests who stay at Camelback Lodge will receive
complimentary waterpark passes with their overnight stay. If you a resort guest using other amenities at
Camelback Resort, you can purchase admission passes to the indoor waterpark, based on availability at
$39.95 (Adult) and $29.95 (Child-42” and under)
How big is your indoor waterpark and what is in it?
A. The indoor waterpark is 125,000 square feet and is the Northeast’s largest indoor waterpark. It
features a transparent roof, which allows sunlight in and the opportunity to tan year round, 19 slides and
rides, a wavepool, an adventure river, multi-level play and spray structures, toddler area, simulated surfing
experience and food and beverage services, including a swim-up bar. The temperature is always at least
84°.

Are my children allowed to go to the waterpark by themselves?
A. All children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Although there are
certified lifeguards on duty, parents are encouraged to stay with their children at all times regardless of
age. The waterparks and other amenities contain features and elements that are not suitable for a child’s
unsupervised participation.
What are the hours of the waterparks?
A. Park hours vary by the date and occupancy. Please view www.CamelbackResort.com or call the lodge
reservation staff at 855.515.1283.
Are lockers available?
A. Yes, lockers are available at the indoor waterpark and Ski-in & Ski-out check-in area for a nominal fee.
We recommend keeping any larger items in your room or vehicle.
Are towels provided at the waterpark or do I have to bring my own?
A. Towels are provided at the waterpark for you to use. A towel program has been implemented, please
ask guest services if you have any questions.
CAMELBACK RESORT ATTRACTIONS & AMENITIES
Is Camelbeach included with our hotel stay?
A. Yes, Camelbeach admission is included with your stay at Camelback Lodge. You will receive a one day
admission for all registered guests in your suite. Saturday admission is unavailable.
If we are guests of the hotel, will we automatically receive free passes or admission to other Camelback
Resort attraction?
A. There will be no free inclusive admission, passes unless it is special advertised, value-added package.
