Hmmm..
What a question? I mean for the past
19 years, my ammi has been with me
in every single way a daughter could
ask for. Let it be my ups, , downs and
sorrows. She has always made sure to
ditch her priorities and make space to
cherish my moments with me. I admire
her strength in tolerating my unbearable mood swings. Most of all I admire
her courage on standing on my behalf
and risking her image in order to direct
me through life . Furthermore I won’t
say I am spoilt but she has always
made me feel like a princess by providing me with almost everything I desire.

achieved my glory. But I soon realize
my glory come with a price course
looking at my mother I feel like that I
could not yet call myself a “mother”.
She is the center of our family, the
love of my father, the angel my grand

was always stood beside me. She
made me strong, she made me cry, she

Being the bread winner of the
family you had a huge task for
each day. I remember how you
lend your hands to people even if
you had to sacrifice a lot. Your 4
grand children ( Shavitha,
Shivanga, Shevinda, Virash )
have turn out to be your best of
friends. They adore you by the
name “ ACHCHA ”. You gave your
whole life for me and ayya and
now to your grand children.
I always pray to God that I too
may have the privilege to become
a MOTHER like you, Ammi you
are a great MOTHER, responsible
LEADER, a kind TEACHER, super
COOK and most of all a good
