The Lasertube JUMBO is the most innovative plant on the market capable of making heavy weight and high
dimensions finished tubular products.
Round tubes with diameter up to 508 mm, square (400 x 400 mm), rectangular (500 x 300 mm) and open
sections (H, IPE, U, C,..), can be automatically loaded, processed and unloaded.
The system can machine iron, mild steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.

The JUMBO Lasertube makes the fabrication of complex tubular structures, a simple task.
Special connections can be easily designed to join different beams, with fine aesthetic results as well as
improving global structural integrity. New exciting components and frames can be created without costly
prototypes being used for evaluation purposes.

The JUMBO Lasertube offers the following advantages:
multiple operations in a single system: cutting, beading, punching and/or die-casting, drilling and stock removal,
all are possible with one solution;
significant reduction in the total cycle time, which is generally proportional to the complexity of the products
to be made;
extreme flexibility of the laser tool combined with the elimination of specific fixtures, cuts new products development time;
absence of mechanical actions directly on the workpiece, combined with the small dimensions of the laser spot,
minimises deformation with consequent benefits in terms of coupling tolerance in the assembly operations that follow;
the laser technology ensures better uniformity of parts, less machine tooling time and most cost-effective
management and excellent performance in terms of cutting quality.

the difference
SOFTWARE TO DESIGN, PROGRAM AND MANAGE
Artube is a dedicated CAD-CAM software suite used to design, program and manage the laser tube cutting
process. The software has been developed by Adige to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the Lasertube
family of machines. It allows for the seamless importation of .step, .iges, .x_t formatted 3D CAD files. Artube lets
you go from a drawing to a finished part in less than 10 minutes.
