Calvin Collins, George Bittner, Amanda Hewitt, Orrin MacMurray and Kay Kin were in attendance. Michael Dixon and Pat Duggleby were unable to attend Correspondence: There was no correspondence Minutes: George Bittner made a motion to accept the minutes of the November 18, 2010 meeting with no additions, deletions or changes. The motion was seconded by Amanda Hewitt. A.I.F. Public Hearing: A motion was made by George Bittner to open the public hearing at 7:14 for the Christmas and Associates Unruh major subdivision. The motion was seconded by Kay Kin. AIF. As there was no public comment, a motion was made by Amanda Hewitt to close the public hearing at 7:15. The motion was seconded by George Bittner. AIF Site Plan Review: Christmas and Associates submitted an updated preliminary map for the major subdivision. The Planning Board has not received a response from the DEC and per their advice will take no action on the major subdivision until a response in writing is received, as the DEC stated there is a significant amount of wetland in the proposed subdivision. Old Business: Chairman Calvin Collins has stated that the Planning Board is still waiting for a legal opinion on the Special use permit applied for by Empire Vacation Properties. Upon a second phone call to the attorney, the Planning board was advised to refer the matter to the ZBA for interpretation of the discrepancy in the Zoning Law as it has 2 different descriptions for what constitutes a campground. “This is an Equal Opportunity Program. The Planning board feels that Matt Johnson should also be in attendance to answer questions as the ‘expert’. With no further business to discuss, a motion to adjourn at 7:46 PM was made by Orrin MacMurray and seconded by Kay Kin.
