Tender specification:
Oventrop connection fittings “Multiblock TF” with presetting for
regulation, isolation, draining, filling and conversion from two to
one pipe operation (supplied for two pipe operation). Swivelling
supply and return pipe connection. Distance between pipe
centres 50 mm.
Operating temperature ts:
2 °C up to 120 °C
(for short periods up to 130 °C)
Max. operating pressure ps: 10 bar (PN 10)
Max. differential pressure:
200 mbar
Body made of nickel plated brass, stem made of stainless steel
with double O-ring seal.
Conversion and isolating stem made of brass with O-ring and
cap with flat seal. Technical data as “Series AV 6”.
G 3⁄4 supply and return pipe connection according to DIN EN
16313 (cone “Euro”) for Oventrop compression fittings
(alternatively, the compression fittings of other manufacturers –
except for composition pipe “Copipe” – which are suitable for
the connection to male thread G 3⁄4 according to DIN EN 16313
(cone “Euro”) may also be used).
“Multiblock TF”
White or chrome plated design covers made of plastic are
available as accessories.

the help of the service tool, item no. 1090551.

Function:
Combined with a thermostat (e.g. “Uni XH”), the Oventrop
connection fittings “Multiblock TF” are proportional regulators
working without auxiliary energy. They regulate the room temperature by varying the volume flow of heating water.

Dimensions “Multiblock TF”, swivelling
Free choice of connection to the supply or return pipe, i.e.
the valve is bidirectional (junction points in the pipework are
avoided).
Application:
One/two pipe central heating systems, max. operating pressure
10 bar (PN 10), operating temperature 2 °C up to 120 °C (for
short periods up to 130 °C) irrespective of the type of heat
source.
When choosing the operating fluid, the latest technical status
has to be considered (e.g. VDI 2035 – Avoidance of damage to
hot water heating systems).
To guarantee a silent operation, the differential pressure across
the fitting should not exceed 200 mbar in any operating status.
For use on radiators with supply and return pipe connection.
Installation can be carried out with any standard pipe material.
Oventrop offers suitable compression fittings for copper,
stainless steel and plastic pipes as well as the composition pipe
“Copipe”.
The corresponding installation instructions are to be observed.
