FDLCKC will not offer a wait list. *MOVE-UP INFORMATION* Dog may be moved up to a higher class at the request of the owner, as a result of qualifying for an agility title, provided that the request is made IN WRITING to the TRIAL SECRETARY not later than Monday, October 6, 2014 at 6:00 PM (via e-mail or regular mail). Day to day move ups will be accepted using the following form and must be submitted within one hour of the final run on Friday or Saturday. The Standard ring and JWW ring sizes are 100’x100’ and are fully fenced. There is very little shade and tenting will be allowed. The building will be open for indoor crating. All dogs must be on leash at all times except when in the ring or in the designated warm-up area. THERE WILL BE NO OBSTACLE FAMILIARIZATION: OBSTACLES WILL CONFORM to current requirements of the AKC regulations. Weave poles are 24” on center. All contacts are rubberized. An electronic table counter may be used, and electronic timing and a displaceable tire will be used at this trial. GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL EXHIBITORS Entry fees for bitches that come into season will receive a full refund. Dogs that are injured after the closing date will be refunded by mail, minus $3.00 per day, AKC fee. A veterinarian’s certificate must be presented to the trial secretary prior to the start of judging for all refunds. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused by the judge or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. There will be a $30.00 service charge for any returned checks. No post dated checks will be accepted. WARM-UP AREA: A warm-up area, consisting of one regulation agility jump will be provided for all exhibitors. Catalog - Please mark your entry form if you wish to pre-pay for a catalog. A limited number of catalogs will be available for purchase the day of the trial. The owner or handler of each dog is solely responsible for the behavior of his or her self, dog(s) and children. Any exhibitor whose dogs or children create unnecessary disturbance may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the site. In such case, no fees will be refunded. The Fond du Lac County Kennel Club, its agents, members, etc. assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians’ recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. DOGS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER: This trial is open to all dogs15 months of age or older that are registered with the American Kennel Club, or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) an AKC Canine Partners listing number, or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS). Not eligible are bitches in season, aggressive dogs, or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury or illness which may affect the dog’s physical or mental performance. VOLUNTEERS are always needed and appreciated, will receive a complimentary lunch. If you are interested in helping, please fill out the worker form located at the back of this premium and submit with your entry. RV’s WILL BE ALLOWED on the far southern edge of the parking area. JUMP HEIGHT POLICY: When filling out an entry there is a new section at the top of the form for exhibitors to designate whether your dog has a valid jump height card of if your dog needs to be measured. Please check the appropriate box so that the trial secretary knows whether to include your dog on the Dogs to be Measured List. It is no longer required that you submit a copy of your dog’s jump height card with your entry form or show it during the day of trial check in. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to have their original, official jump height card or temporary jump height form at each trial to present upon request. Additionally, if a measurement is necessary, it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to have their dog measured prior to running. Regulations for Agility Trials, Chapter 2, Section 4. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all obstacles safely. PRIZES AND AWARDS: Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to those dogs receiving qualifying scores. Rosettes will be awarded to First through Fourth place in each height division in all Novice and Open classes. Ribbons will be awarded to First through Fourth place in each height division in all Ex/Master classes. Ribbons will be awarded to First place and all qualifiers in Time2Beat classes. Only qualifying scores are eligible for rosettes and prizes. Title sashes will be awarded to all new titles. Double Q ribbons and metal QQ key ring will be awarded to those dogs qualifying in Master Std and Master JWW on the same day. Any dog fulfilling the requirements for their MACH - PACH or PAX titles will be awarded a "jump bar", title sash, trophy and rosette.
