Abdul Rahman Albisher & Zaid Alkazemi Co, the authorised General Distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Kuwait, follows a well-established digital strategy and believes the social networking tools are responsible for helping reach customers. With numbers climbing to 59,000 Facebook followers and 37,800 Instagram followers since joining in 2012, Mercedes-Benz has fast become one of the most followed automotive brands in Kuwait - a fact that is heavily influencing the shift of social media from a ‘buzzword’ to common practice within the organisation.
