Insanity A total-body conditioning class that requires no external equipment. It includes: high-intensity cardio moves for anaerobic endurance, plyometrics for power, body weight strength moves, balance work, agility drills & ending with core exercises for strengthening& stability. A variety of modifications demonstrated by the instructor make it a safe-but challenging-workout for everyone from the beginner on up to the elite athlete!
