If you're 5 to 17 years old, you can be part of the largest organization for
girls on the planet!
At Girl Scouts, girls are always counting down to the next adventure

Mount Olive Recreation
New exercise program!
Insanity
A total-body conditioning class that requires no external equipment.
It includes: high-intensity cardio moves for anaerobic endurance, plyometrics
for power, body weight strength moves, balance work, agility drills & ending
with core exercises for strengthening& stability. A variety of modifications
demonstrated by the instructor make it a safe-but challenging-workout for
everyone from the beginner on up to the elite athlete! This workout will push
you to new training heights resulting in more calories burned & faster results!
