ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The First National Level Workshop on Free and Open‐

2014 in SRM University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Sharing is a powerful way to build a collaborative
environment. We live in a time where research and
development happen at a rapid pace and with great
success rates. Every person aspiring to develop something
is left back in the race due to factors like licensing,
expensive resources, piracy and privacy. Thus the aim of
this workshop is to create a ready reckoner for any person
who intends to promote free knowledge and free
software.
