NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
Please note --- new this season a “Registration Acceptance Priority” process has been implemented. The large events have been
classified as to which category types have acceptance priority (Competitive, Development, Qualifying and Lowest levels first) – see also
the Opportunity Chart posted on the WO website.
DOVER is considered a Development event. Should the competition reach skater capacity (as defined by the available ice time) the
Technical Representative in consultation with the LOC shall instruct the Registrar to accept only the DEVELOPMENT entries in priority
and withhold all other entries in documented order of receipt until the closing date. Under the direction of the Technical Representative,
once a draft schedule has been completed additional entries shall be accepted (in documented order of receipt) until actual limits are
reached.
REFUNDS: Entry fees shall be refunded only if a category is not held or if the entry is withdrawn before the closing date
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES OF THE COMPETITION - SC Rule 7000 B 1.5(2)."
When scheduling, every attempt will be made to avoid conflicts however back to back skates may be necessary. Should conflicts be
unavoidable there will be no revisions made to the schedule. Triathlon skaters may be required because of scheduling limitations to
skate more than 1 segment of their event on the same day.
