R.I.P.P.E.D.
R.I.P.P.E.D. – The One Stop Body Shock is a “Plateau Proof Fitness
Formula” that helps you to create continuity, consistency and
challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. class. It is Plateau Proof,
because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different
emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed
to the constantly changing format. This total body, high intensity
style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight,
masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.

Zumba
My name is Lisa Norris. I am a Certified Personal
Trainer & have been helping to improve the health of
our members for over 5 years.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes that create a
dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness
interval training using fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. You will
utilize resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body
toning. No dance experience required.
People always ask me: What is THE most important
thing that I need to do to get into shape?
My answer: CONSISTENCY
Zumba Toning
This class combines the Zumba workout with lightly weighted Zumba Toning Sticks, for
a whole body strengthening experience. With their rhythmic percussive sounds, these
Zumba Toning Sticks will add some spice to your resistive workout routine. This class
blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning,
strength-training class. You’ll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning
Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.

same thing over &
over again expecting
different results.”
~Albert Einstein
Tai Chi
You have to be consistent with your workouts. You
have to be consistent with eating healthy foods.
You have to be consistent with setting goals
(after you have achieved the first one on your list.)
Request a personal training packet at the front
desk to get started!
Here’s how you get started:
Set a fitness goal.
Set up a plan stating which activities you will do on each day.
Schedule it on your calendar.
Reward yourself when you reach your goal
(with something healthy).
A Chinese exercise class that is relaxing and gentle with flowing exercise that
coordinates movement, breath, and mind. You’ll increase flexibility, balance, range of
motion, circulation, and more. No floor work required. This class is held at a beginning,
intermediate, and advanced level. To participate in the intermediate or advanced levels,
you must have permission from the instructor prior to registering for the first time for
this class.
Sculpt & Sweat
A weight-training workout set to muscle pumping, motivating music. SCULPT AND
SWEAT is a simple athletic based class that uses body bars, hand weights, and
resistance bands to strengthen, tone, and define every major muscle group. The
class has a 15 minute segment of a variety of exercises designed to work your entire
abdominal area.
If you still find yourself struggling to earn that reward, then I

to families for recreational swim and the direction of the current must be followed.)

is for all ages but is only free for seniors. ****During the summer, senior swim will be from 1:30-3:30 pm.
Indoor Pool Closure Policy
To provide the best experience for our patrons,
it is our goal to keep the pool open at all times.
However, there are some situations that
necessitate temporary closure of the pool. We
do not close the indoor pool for thunderstorms
or lightning but we do need to clear the pool area
if the tornado sirens are sounded. In this event,
we will clear everyone from the pool and pool deck
into a safe part of the building such as the locker
rooms. We also close the pool for fecal matter
or vomit in the pool. These are temporary pool
closures and will be handled in the manner directed
by the Jefferson County Health Code. Lastly, we
may need to close for unforeseen maintenance
issues. These happen on rare occasions and are
done to maintain a safe environment.
