It challenges all of the major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts & curls. It's one of the fastest ways to shape-up and lose body fat, and ideal for anyone who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. BODYSTEP is a compelling cardiovascular workout that shapes and tones the legs, improves coordination, bone density, posture and agility. BODYSTEP is an energizing workout that pushes fat-burning systems into high gear. This class is ideal for members who love to get their groove on and have a little fun as they work out. A BODYSTEP Athletic class will offer interval training variations during the workout. The traditional Party and Speed tracks will be replaced with a 7-minute Athletic Circuit.
