Accreditation of training and employment agencies that ensures they meet quality standards 2. Dote model: individual budget for a mix of employment and training services 3. Regulation of services (content, duration, expected outputs and results, unit costs) Accreditation Accredited agencies for employment and training services work within a network, according to the nature of specific interventions, overseeing the emerging demand in the different territories. The network provides high flexibility and ensures supply for the full range of services. Within the Youth Guarantee, also schools and universities can take their students (who have earned a diploma/degree in the last 4 months) up to provide them with employment services Participation to regional policies Supply of employment services Accreditation The person chooses the accredited agency forhis/her Dote People centrality The person defines with the agency its own personalized path involving also other agencies of the network Agencies deliver training services and employment services to realize the personalized path Youth policy before Youth Guarantee Before the launch of YG, young people were supported through Dote Unica Lavoro. Dote Unica Lavoro support persons throughout their active life, according to different individual conditions and specific needs expressed by each person. For each target, a number of services from a defined set of baskets of services may be activated. Administrative simplification Uniform rules applicable to all kind of “Dote” Use of standard scales of unit costs to simplify reporting and enhance quality and results Budget threshold Each agency has a maximum budget threshold The budget threshold will increase or decrease according to its performance in terms of efficiency and effectiveness Orientation to results Placement services are reimbursed upon successful job placement of the person Payment of training services is conditional to the achievement of employment results Internships are encouraged as a first access to the labour market The successful placement of the person in a short time is an incentive for the agency Dote Unica Lavoro: progress and results General progress per aid intensity cluster: No. of Dotes Amount 4,827 € 4,419,665.78 2.
