Include medications & allergies. A clinic will be held on Saturday, October 25th at the times and locations listed below. All players should attend. Court shoes should be carried into the gym. Skill development will be the primary focus at the 1 st & 2nd grade level with gym time split to allocate more time to instruction than to play. Boys and girls will play together at the 1st and 2nd grade level. For all other divisions, boys and girls will play on separate teams. Parents are responsible for working shifts throughout the year. This includes working the concession stand, running the clock and keeping the scorebook. Children are permitted in the gym and commons area only. Parents must be responsible for all their children during games and practices. A player rotation schedule will be enforced. Basketballs will be provided. Please leave personal basketballs at home. No one is permitted to have basketballs out Participation trophies will not be passed out by the league, coaching staff or any parent - If you do not agree with something, do not approach a coach during a game or practice, schedule a time to meet with coach and head of sport. If you do not abide by this you will be required to withdraw your child for the remainder of the season with no refund Liability Waiver: In consideration for the use of the facilities on the grounds of the West Muskingum School District, I, (the undersigned) agree to hold harmless the West Muskingum School District and the West Muskingum Youth League for all injuries, which may occur to my child or myself while participating in the Youth League. If a participant is injured during a practice or game, the participant’s parent or guardian and their insurance company are financially responsible. Any child/children found damaging school or Youth League property would be held financially responsible for damages that may incur. I have read and agree to all the above terms.
