Price per sqm includes (except for raw space): equipped space rental, special EU Pavilion design and
construction, general hall guard at the night, pre-show booth cleaning, electric power supply (1kW)
Equipped space includes (*number of furniture items depends on the booth size): white wall panels
(2.5 m high), wall-to-wall carpet, fascia board with the company name and the booth number, office
chairs, standard tables, spotlight 100W, electricity sockets, rubbish bin, wall coat rack (220), utility room 1 sqm (wall panel, door).
Registration fee includes extended media and marketing support, pre-event promotion, information
about company and 1 product in the official catalogue, guide listing, web-site personal page, badges,
visitor invitations, etc.
Free attendance to all events of the business programme, access to the Exhibitor Lounge and
VIP Lounge (2 company representatives)
Invitation to networking event for distributors, system integrators and end-users.

Excerpt from genereal event conditions
1. General Terms
1.1. These General Terms of Participation in the
Event to be organized by GROTECK LLC (here­
inafter referred to as the General Terms) shall
determine the main rules of participation of
individuals and legal entities in the event to be
organized and held by GROTECK LLC (here­
inafter referred to as the Organizer), set forth
the requirements normally imposed for participants in the event, and contain the terms and
conditions to govern relations between the
Parties that arise, change, and are terminated in
connection with the organization and the event
holding.
1.2. A legal entity or an individual (hereinafter
referred to as the Exhibitor) wishing to participate in the event as an exhibitor or a collective
organizer shall send to Messe Frankfurt RUS
a contract signed by the head and bearing the
seal of the organization.
1.3. Relations between the Parties relating to their
participation in the event shall be regulated by
the contract, other arrangements of the Parties,
these General Terms, local regulations applic­
able on the territory of the event as well as the
Russian Federation legislation.
1.4. Any and all amendments to the terms and
conditions specified in the contract shall be
approved by the Organizer in writing.
1.5. The Exhibitor’s wish regarding the stand
location shall be taken into account by the
Organizer to the extent possible.
1.6. The Organizer shall reserve a right to unilaterally
change, for technical or organizational reasons,
the area made available to the Exhibitor and
shall notify the Exhibitor thereof without undue
delay.
1.7. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any
and all damages caused by the cancellation,
postponement, or reduction of the event
duration for reasons beyond its control.
1.8. The Exhibitor shall provide the Organizer with
standard information about its organization for
further publishing in the official print and
electronic materials of the event. Wherever the
Organizer fails to discharge this obligation, the
Organizer shall publish information about the
Exhibitor based on information available to the
Organizer, in which case the Organizer shall not
be held liable for any and all damages sustained
by the Exhibitor due to incomplete or inaccurate
information that was published.
