She has transformed Chattanooga Public Library in her two years at the helm and will speak about fostering a culture of change and innovation, the library as the creative hub of the community, leadership and managing through times of budgetary constraint. 3.00pm – 3.30 pm Afternoon Tea Session 4: Theme: Building good, bad or great libraries Chairperson: Cr Deb Hamblin, Vice Chairman, Library Board of WA 3.30pm – 4.00pm Session 4 – Theme: Building good, bad or great libraries Rachel Van Riel, Director Opening the Book Ltd, UK “Changing libraries – new ways of working”.
