general renting conditions
• Daily arrivals from 5pm and daily departures before 9am.
• arrivals are possible between 9 am and 7 pm (reception opening hours).
• minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• a deposit of 160€ is payable by the tenant on the day of arrival. This will be returned on the day of departure after checking the accommodation, less any deduction necessary for breakages or missing items, and if the accommodation is not left in a clean state, the tenant will be
asked to pay a cleaning package from 70€ if the rental is not left clean.
• For any late departure, an additional day could be charged at night prices in effect.
• Prices quoted for rental include : car parking space, water, gas, electricity, kitchen equipment, crockery, garden furniture, blankets, pillows.
• rates include all taxes with a VaT rate of 10% applicable to the day they were determined. any subsequent change in the VaT rate applicable, which occurred between the time the rates were determined and billing of the stay will result in a corresponding modification of the VaT
price, which the customer accepts without reserve.
• Quoted rental prices do not include : local tax, pets, extra car, extra persons.
• all the campers must follow the campsite rules, if not they can be asked to leave.
• The camping village reserves the right to refuse groups or families with numbers superior to the capacity of the rented accommodation.

CANCeLLATIO
Cancellation by the campsite :
in the event of cancellation by the campsite, except for reasons beyond our control, the stay will be reimbursed in full. This cancellation shall
nevertheless not incur the payment of damages and interest.
Cancellation by the client :
Cancellation fees can be covered by cancellation insurance offered by the campsite. Without insurance subscription, no reimbursment will be
possible.
Cancellation insurance :
When the insured cancels their booking, Yelloh! Village may charge them for all or part of the price of the services, called cancellation fees,
which excludes the excess, these amounts are listed below. Cancellation fees can be covered by the cancellation insurance offered by the
campsite, for 15€ per stay for pitches and 3€ per night for rentals.
reimbursment :
- in case of «modification by the employer of the insured's date of paid leave» or «Burglary and theft, in the 48 hours prior to Departure, of
the insured's identity documents»: 25% of the amount of cancellation fees covered, with a minimum of 150€ per insured rental, or 30 per
insured rental when the price of the rental is below 150€ is deducted of the reimbursed amount.
- For all other cases of events covered in the below list: 100% of the paid amount, 30€ excess
reimbursement of cancellation fees within the following limits: 6 500€ per insured person, and 32 000€ per Claim.

List of events covered in relation to a cancellation :
• illness, accident, death
• obtaining a salaried position or a paid work placement,non-disciplinary work transfer of the insured, redundancy of the insured
• Serious Damage to property, serious damage to the vehicle of the insured requiring the intervention of a professional and occurring within
the 48 hours prior to his Departure, an accident or a mechanical breakdown of the means of transport used by the insured en route, resulting
in a delay of over two hours
• Changes by the employer to the dates of paid leave that had been granted prior to booking the rental.
• Burglary and theft, in the 48 hours prior to Departure, of the insured's identity documents
all stays interrupted, or shortened by (a late arrival, anticipated departure) of your own decision will not allow reimbursment.
