the year 2004, the summit has become an annual
platform for updates on global & Indian real

partnerships. The event, being one of the
biggest platforms for real estate in the country
attracts more than 200 delegates from India and
abroad.

The 11 edition of this summit will explore

regulations for financing with focus on REITs
and FDI in the sector.
As the Government of India has announced a
project to develop “One Hundred Smart Cities”
as satellite towns of larger cities and by
modernizing the existing mid-sized cities in
the country, a session dedicated to “Smart
Cities” will also be organized in the summit.
