Wine and Cheese Party a Success The Woodbine Station Homeowners Association Board was happy to welcome several new neighbors on October 12 at our annual Wine and Cheese party for new residents. We had a great turnout and want to thank Marilyn Snyder, our official welcome wagon resident, Judy Azzolesi, Gene Schumacher, Bill Denson, Scott Snyder, and Carolyn Albright for helping our board members make this a success. If one of your neighbors is new to Woodbine, please feel free to contact Marilyn Snyder, so that she may officially welcome them to the neighborhood. Prepare your Home and Yard for Winter 6 6 Woodbine Station - A Great Place to Live. Trunk or Treat Recap This year's Trunk or Treat was all treats. We had a great turn out of both vehicles and trick or treaters and no one left empty handed. The hayrides were once again a big hit with all and offered a little breeze on an unseasonably warm day. A big thank you to everyone who participated, attended and helped with the clean up. We look forward to seeing you next year! 7 7 Woodbine Station - Your Life, Your Home. Treasurer’s Report and Financial Reports Kelley Smith Attached are extracts from the unaudited financial reports for the month ending September 30, 2014 for the Association. In October, we mailed out an AGM packet to every association member that included a dues statement for your lot. If you have any questions about your statement, please contact me. Please plan to attend the Annual General Membership (AGM) meeting on November 12. This is a great way to meet new neighbors and enjoy existing friendships. We need your help! If you cannot attend the AGM, please complete a proxy form (included in your AGM packet and in this newsletter). We hope you can attend in person, but if not, please give your proxy to a trusted neighbor or an existing board member. Remember that 4th quarter 2014 dues came current on October 1st. All members must be current to attend the AGM and to use the Association facilities including tennis courts, pool and clubhouse. Dues for 2014 remain at $114.00 a quarter. Thanks to all who can pay the whole year of $456 in advance! Kelley Smith ksmith1520@comcast.net (email is best during the workday) Moving???
