Beyond trade restrictions: the way forward to cooperative trade policies
OECD analysis has shown that trade restrictions and dispute settlement are costly ways to resolve differences.
A cooperative, knowledge-sharing approach may be more appropriate. This approach will be considered and
areas for future cooperation elaborated. Experiences from other sectors will be sought.
