Draft resolution (Chief Whip of the Council): That the Council concur with the National Assembly, in terms of section 14(1) of the Financial Management of Parliament Act, 2009 (Act No 10 of 2009) to determine the date by which the Accounting Officer must prepare and present to the Executive Authority a draft strategic plan for Parliament’s administration as 27 February 2015.
