prices are tight. In the event of us not being able to reach a settlement please do

POSITION VACANT – The Kogarah Storehouse
Interim Manager Position – immediate start
Part-time 19.5 hours per week
6 month contract: SCHCDS Industry Award Level 5
The Kogarah Storehouse is a non-government community service
organisation and is an activity of the Uniting Church in Australia. It seeks to
meet the material, emotional and spiritual needs of the local community. It
provides emergency relief for individuals and families, organises community
events, workshops and provides community space for many other
organisations.

For their Minister Rev IL-Woong Kim, his family and the Church Council to
know God’s wisdom and direction for the church in the year ahead
For the groups within the church as they meet, to grow
For the children and their families that were involved in ‘Kid Games’ in
the last school holidays – for them to connect with a local church
fellowship
For the Combined Churches Carols in Evatt Park – preparations and
effective outreach to the community
For the work of spreading the gospel in the local high school through
Matt Harris, the local Christian Studies teacher
Their support of the work of Operation Christmas Child – Shoe Boxes for
children. For the children that receive those gifts, that they have been
filled with love

For the life of the congregation as they welcome a new Minister
For Rev Graham Lawrence and his wife Sandra as they settle into the area
and get to know the congregation
Members of the congregation who are dealing with illness and recent
surgeries

SHARING JESUS THROUGH GOLF
Menai-Illawong Uniting Church – 30 November cont.
The Rev Graham Lawrence and PGA Chaplain are hosting a group from
America this November including:
For the young people in the congregation
Lakemba Uniting Church – 30 November
For their Outreach to the community through Friday lunch
For their Asylum seeker family, that they may be granted permanent
residency
For new enquirers who turn up at church, that they might find something
deeply fulfilling in worship and trust in Jesus
PIANIST WANTED
Kingsgrove Uniting Church are looking for a pianist one Sunday a month,
preferably the 1st, 2nd or 3rd Sunday or even someone happy playing a Pipe
Organ.
The Service is at 9.30am at Kingsgrove Uniting Church, Cnr Kingsgrove Road
and Morton Street, Kingsgrove

outreach in Sydney
 Saturday 29 November – coaching clinic and golf demonstration at
the Bardon Ridge golf course
 Sunday 30 November - Breakfast outreach function, coaching
clinic and golf at Oatlands Golf Club
 Monday 1 December – PGA training day (open to golfers) at
Bardon Ridge golf course. Led by Wally Armstrong and Bill
Rogers
