We look forward to another successful year for fundraising. There will be lots of good food and entertainment! The auction committee is requesting that all donated auction items have a value of at least $50.00 or more and to be only one item per fair. Items not used in the Live Auction will be placed in our Silent Auction. Reserve Your Table for the Friday Banquet FRIDAY, JANUARY 9, 2015 This year to help out Fairs and Companies who have 10 or more attendees, we are offering the option for you to reserve your Friday evening banquet table(s) in advance for a fee of $50. This will be on a first come-first serve basis. There will be a table seating diagram at the Registration Desk when you arrive to pick-up your packet. You will be able to select your table(s) at that time. We hope this will be an added benefit for you and your attendees. If you plan to reserve a table, please include your $50 in your registration fees. In addition to reserving tables we will be opening the banquet doors at 6:30 p.m. which will eliminate attendees having a lengthy wait in the hallways. C-Zone Utility Cart Drawing FRIDAY, JANUARY 9, 2015 Tickets will be available to purchase at the Convention Registration Desk. Cost of ticket $50. 50/50 Scholarship Raffle FRIDAY, JANUARY 9, 2015 Tickets will be sold during the banquet for $5 each or 6 for $25. Proceeds from this Raffle will benefit the Scholarship Fund.
