Participants will have the opportunity to engage in interactive discussions and question and answer sessions with our renowned faculty. Participants will also be provided information about the selection of their healthcare team, nerve pain and integrative medicine. REGISTRATION INFORMATION Pre-registration for the conference is required. This event is open to the public free of charge and includes a continental breakfast.
