Perfusion control with indocyanine green (ICG) provides visual support in minimally
invasive procedures. The substance ICG is non-radioactive and cost-effective. The
NIR system from KARL STORZ enables you to detect ICG in near infrared up to 1 cm
beneath the tissue surface in different applications.
What are the main features of the KARL STORZ NIR system?
Image quality
Ease of use
Brilliant FULL HD image quality.
Quick and easy switchover via footswitch
between fluorescence and standard white light
views.
Compatibility
Enhanced fluorescence imaging
All system components can be used for
standard white light procedures.
Additional enhancement of the fluorescence
signal with more background illumination in
SPECTRA A mode.
Interdisciplinary use
Expandability
Successful use in various disciplines.
Possibility of system extension for up to three
camera units.
