Your Complimentary Pass
to IMPACT
Why is my pass to IMPACT free?
The IMPACT summits provide a unique business
model for their events. They are not like
traditional trade shows or conferences; they are
completely targeted. Because of the tailor-made,
bespoke element of IMPACT, exhibitors and
sponsors of the event have a much more
effective route to connect with potential partners
and clients. This means the sponsors ROI at the
event is far higher and they are prepared to pay a
premium to be part of the IMPACT Summit. We
then pass this premium on by covering the cost
of the complimentary passes for qualified
attendees.
IMPACT is all about relevance and saves
you time
The IMPACT Summits connect you with suppliers
of solutions you have an active interest in. Your
tailor-made meetings at IMPACT will be with
equipment, software, and service companies
who have requested an appointment with you or
vice versa. You can have a relaxed and informal
discussion to understand what they can offer
your business and the potential solutions they
can provide. The meeting portion of IMPACT
represents 25% of your time at the summit. The
remaining 75% of your time at the event will be
attending keynote presentations and
educational sessions, along with time spent
networking with your peers.

What Attendees Are Saying
"This is a well-conceived format with
excellent speakers and topics. My peers in
attendance were knowledgeable people
and I look forward to developing multiple
relationships with many of them. Keep it
up this is a great concept."
- VP of Finance and Operations, Weston
Forest Products Inc.
"I think the timing is very appropriate.
Arrival on Sunday and being able to return
back Tuesday night minimizes time away
from the office and it this also allows
extended weekend time for bringing guest
and/or sightseeing."
- VP NA Production, Keihin North America
"This was a really innovative approach to a
focused trade show with integrated
educational sessions."
- Operations Manager, Danaher Controls
"Overall the event was very good, the
speakers were talented in their roles and
spoke with first-hand knowledge, the
meet and greet times during the day and
evenings was very good, talked to a lot of
knowable people from around the US.
Shared some similar stories of events
going on between shops."
- Manufacturing/Installation Manager,
Grenzebach Corp
"I liked that the one on one time was
tailored by my choices and needs. This
made the conference much more
beneficial than most trade shows."
"I liked this format because you had a
captive audience with the vendors. They
had time to prepare and we had time to
prepare as well."
- Materials Team Member, Lockheed Martin
“A very positive experience on speakers,
vendor contact and networking.”
- Director of Manufacturing and
Engineering, Milacron LLC
“Instead of wandering a convention trying
to find someone to talk to at a company
booth/display about that company's
capabilities/services, you have dedicated
focused time to speak to companies
which you are interested in and who are
interested in your business.”
- Director, The Walt Disney Company
- Manufacturing Engineering Manager,
KABA- ILCO
