yourself, your employees and your agents ("you"). We will keep your personal details secure and use the
information you provide consistently with applicable privacy and data protection laws ("Laws") and the terms of this

On our website, we may collect the following information about you:
 name, organisation, job title and contact information including email address;
 demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests; and
 other information relevant to provision of catering services.
In relation to provision of catering services, we may collect the following information:
 any special dietary requirements, which may include medical information such as food allergies and
intolerances which we require to be able to provide the best possible service to you, and any other medical
information which you voluntarily provide to assist us in providing our service; and

3. What do we do with the information we gather?
We require this information to understand your needs & provide you with a better service, for example:
 from our website we collect and use information:
o to undertake service and product improvement;
o in accordance with section 10 below, to send promotional communications about new products,
special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting;

o to provide the catering services you have requested from us; and

the effectiveness of our services).

All payments made through our website are facilitated by National Australia Bank Limited on websites controlled by
National Australia Bank Limited. We do not receive any cardholder or accountholder information other than:

 Confirmation of payment

the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may from time to time appoint other branches of our group, or third party service providers, to help us manage
efficient systems within our business. Some of these systems may for operational reasons be located in countries
overseas. We will only disclose your information to service providers who help manage our systems, or overseas,
where we are satisfied that adequate levels of protection are in place to protect the integrity and security of any
information being processed and to comply with applicable Laws.

Corporate Food Service.
