This service extends to the assessment of reticulation and switches, and can be extended to the WAN environment as well as an overall ICT health check. • Customer premises equipment Powwow’s on-site voice gateway provides connectivity to DSL last mile access as well as primary rate, basic Modules rate and analogue PSTN redundancy. • Seamless integration to Chrome and Call Manager (TMS) The Chrome and Powwow platforms are integrated in order to deliver the most cost effective call rates in conjunction with leading IPT technology. The resulting benefit is that in many instances the cost savings delivered by Chrome mostly pays for the Powwow managed service. Powwow is supported by the Call Manager hosted TMS platform and offers a comprehensive telephony management system that allows for multiple telephony devices to be associated with users, draws multi-level and multi-functional reports and combines with external telephony vendor analysis.
