A NEW SOLUTION FOR SINUS TREATMENT.
Problem: Sinus dilation systems can be cumbersome to use, and it can be difficult to find
or confirm the location of structures in patients with challenging chronic sinus disease.
Solution: We designed a simple sinus dilation system with built-in Fusion® navigation
technology to help the surgeon confirm anatomy, avoid critical areas, and optimize
balloon placement to open blocked pathways.
HOW IT WORKS.
The NuVent™ EM Sinus Dilation System combines advanced surgical navigation with
a minimally invasive way to open blocked sinus pathways, which may aid drainage or
provide better visualization and access into the sinus.
1. Use the NuVent seeker and Fusion ENT Navigation System to locate the
drainage pathway and follow it into the sinus.
2. Inflate the seeker’s balloon to move tissue and bone blocking the sinus
drainage paths.
