How to apply for a consultant post workshop
This course will explain the application process and prepare delegates for the process of consultant application
with individual personal feedback. It gives delegates unique access to senior hospital management, medical
managers, medical workforce managers and consultants.
Delegates will be asked to submit a CV and application form for a consultant post prior to the course. Delegates
will be given a presentation topic to prepare. Personality tests will be performed prior to the course dates. CVs,
Job applications and presentations will be critically appraised by 2-3 of faculty and 1:1 feedback will be given to
delegates. Formal interviews, personality test feedback and clinical skills scenarios will be undertaken.
