What is Recruitment Tube?
Recruitment Tube is an online Talent Portal, designed to allow candidates the
opportunity to upload a CV, an Audio Self Introduction and a Video Pitch to
potential employers.
Employers provide job listings, describing details of roles, the company,
salary offered, culture and requirements, skills, education and experience
required for each role.

What makes Recruitment Tube different from other online job boards?
Recruitment Tube offers leading edge technology including Video
Introductions by candidates and Video Interviews through our portal.
Our competition has stayed with a fairly standard offering at high prices for
job listings. Recruitment companies are targeted to use other sites whereas
Recruitment Tube will target companies wishing to engage new talent
directly.
Candidates have their own private area for adding profile details, upload
areas for documents, audio and video and a calendar where they can point
out what dates and times they are available for interviews (phone or video).
How many times have you arranged an interview only to be let down because
the candidate forgot the date, time, place etc? With Recruitment Tube’s
offering and interview confirmation and reminder system the possibility of
missed interviews is dramatically reduced.
Recruitment Tube will also offer clients and candidates a report system where
they can track job listings and profile views, interviews booked and
completed, click ratio and Score Rating for interviews.

How does Recruitment Tube differ from other channels?
Our offering is not only cheaper to use than recruitment companies who on
average charge 10 to 20% of annual salary but represents better value for
money. For instance when a recruitment company finds suitable talent for its
client and a successful placement is made at £30K first years salary a fee of
between £3K and £6K is payable. We charge clients a structured pricing plan
of £89.99 for 1 to 2 listings, £79.99 for 2 to 5 listings, £65.99 for 5 plus listings
and negotiable beyond 10 listings in any one month. Paid for listings are live
for 1 month and a reduced second month rate is applicable.
Although there are some great recruitment companies out there we all know
too well that many recruitment consultants are inexperienced and it can be
more luck than judgment when finding the right talent for the right position.
Trudging through CV’s itself is a time consuming process but not only that,
you are simply reading someone’s details on a CV. By listing job descriptions
directly and spending between 30 and 60 seconds to get an immediate feel
for a candidate we believe the talent acquisition process is faster and more
accurate.
No one knows the clients company like they do and certainly very few
outsourced agencies.

Who can see what?
Companies in the process of talent acquisition can see all candidates (top
ranked, search skills, availability etc.) but until registered as TAP (Talent
Acquisition Processor) but none of the candidates contact details. TAP clients
who have placed vacancies can search the database for particular candidates
and see contact details, arrange telephone, video or in person interviews.

What exactly is TAP?
TAP is a Talent Acquisition Processor; this means you will have registered
and have live vacancies on Recruitment Tube. The system produces reports
for candidates and clients including search details, results, interviews and so
on. The system will also provide us with details on which company has
searched for particular skills. Why? Because we’ve invested our creativity,
skills in the recruitment process and of course; bags of money to build our
systems. So what happens when a client places a job listing for a sales
person but suddenly start searching for a C++ programmer? Our system will
read your requirement and provide you with candidates who match that
requirement not bog you down with irrelevant results! This is all done using
Intelligent Machine software on our servers.
Candidates can search for jobs and send a CV, audio file or their initial video
pitch (30 to 60 seconds long) to the client. The client can then decide whether
or not to proceed to the next stage of communication. Either way the client
will have the option to send a rejection letter (written in the client profile area).
All at the click of a button!

Is there a contract in place?
No, we operate on a terms of service agreement which is straightforward and
easy to understand. At the end of the job listing process customers will go
through a secure payment gateway. An invoice will automatically be sent via
email once a successful transaction takes place. If a candidate is sourced
and placed using Recruitment Tube no other fees are payable and the client
has the rights to remove a job listing. Should a listing be removed no refund
for all or part of any month shall be given. If a customer wishes to opt for our
browse only option payment is required in advance and will be billed every 30
days until it is stopped. Customers can stop the browse only option at any
time but refunds for all or any part of that month will not be paid.

What technology does Recruitment Tube use?
Recruitment Tube is a proprietary website written in C# and runs through a
SQL Database on the Linux platform. The site is responsive, meaning it will
automatically resize to fit the users browser. It is cross platform friendly and a
mobile app will be made available for candidates to use their mobile devices
for video interviews and video uploading. We intend to use a dedicated server
with 99.9% uptime and redundant server technology and automatic backups
performed regularly. A security certificate will be used to provide security to
all visitors and registered users of the website and 128 BIT encryption
provided for all financial transactions.
