No Musical Freestyle scores. 1. Level s 1 – 4: Horses with at least one score 65% or over (since 1 August 2013) at the Level in which they are entered on at least one occasion will be automatically accepted 2. Levels 2 - 4. Horses with at least one score 70% or over (since 1 August 2013) at one Level Below in which are they are entered will be automatically accepted 3. Levels 5-9: Horses with at least one score of 58% or over in a graded competition in the Level entered since 1 Aug 2103 4. If the maximum number of places available is not reached combinations will be accepted in order of their highest % scored in the Level in which they are entered (excluding Musical scores). January 2015: One Journey = Two Pony & Young Rider Events Classes up to for riders up to 25yrs plus Senior Grand Prix . 14/15 Jan followed by NI Pony Club Dressage Championships 17/18 Jan Egmont A & P Showgrounds Hawera Hosted by Dressage NZ supported by Dressage Taranaki All levels up to Grand Prix plus Dressage Equitation Championships, and including non-graded section. Riders who intend to qualify at NHB, NTHLD or TKI MUST still enter by 29 Jan. No entries accepted after 29 Jan No Musical scores count as qualifying scores Open Championships: Any category of rider. No limit on grading points of horse Open Championships L1 & L2: One total score 65% at RE, ICH, NCH or HoY Open Championships: L3: One total score 63% at RE, ICH, NCH or HoY Amateur Championships Levels 1-3: One total score 63% at LE, RE, ICH, NCH or HoY. Horses with less than 200 grading points in grade entered. Riders C5 and below Open Championships: Level 4 = 60%, Levels 5 -9 58% One score at RE, ICH, NCH or HOY Proof of qualification is the responsibility of PR (person responsible) or competitor. Horse Qualifying scores must be earned from 1 September 2104 at Regional Events (RE) or Island Championships (ICH) Scores from Local Events (LE) will not be accepted as qualifying scores All qualifying scores are final overall scores, not just from one judge on the class where there are two or more judges Qualification for Title classes: Level 1 HoY Title classes: 63% overall score from an RE, ICH, YRCH. Level 2 - Advanced (L6/7) HoY Title Classes Qualify in a Zilco qualifier at RE,ICH,YRCH with a score gained as follows: Level 2: 65% in a ZQ, Levels 3&4: 63% in a ZQ, Levels 5 & ADV; 60% in a ZQ . Qualification for Non-Title Classes Level 1: 63% overall score from an RE, ICH, YRCH. Level 2: 65% in a Level 2 graded test at an RE, ICH, YRCH or in a Zilco qualifier Levels 3 & 4: 63% in a graded Level 3 or 4 test as appropriate to level entered or a Zilco qualifier at RE, ICH, YRCH CDIY: 1 x 60% score in an FEI PSG/YR, Int I or Test 6.4 at an RE,YRCH or ICH Level 8: 1 x 58% score in a level 8 or 9 Test (Not FS) RE or ICH Grand Prix: 1 x 58% score in GP or GPS at an (Not FS) RE or ICH PONY QUALIFICATION, PONY RIDER ELIGIBILITY & TITLE CLASSIFICATION Pony riders s turning 16yrs on or after 1 August 2014 may take part in pony classes at 2015 HOY Ponies do not need to qualify in a Musical Freestyle. Ponies ridden by pony riders are NOT permitted to enter ANY horse class. Level 1 & 2 Ponies All Ponies entering L 1 or L 2 pony classes must have gained 60% or more in a graded ESNZ competition since 1 August 2104 at the level they are entering Level 3 & above The Dressage Pony of the Year Title will be open to ponies that have gained 60% or more in a Level 3 or above graded competition since 1 August 2014. The Dressage Pony of the Year Title is run under Dressage NZ Article 465 Special Conditions. Ponies with more than 30 Level 4 points or above are eligible. All ponies entered compete on equal terms. The title will be decided on the accumulated result of both the POY title class & the Pony HoY Musical freestyle. Riders must compete in both classes. 34
