Please return the form to: The Secretary West Hill Golf Club Bagshot Road Brookwood Surrey GU24 0BH by 9th January 2015, enclosing a cheque for £160 made payable to West Hill Golf Club, post-dated to 9th January 2015 Conditions of Entry Matches to be played over 18 holes and continued, if necessary, until one side wins a hole. Both Father and Son must be playing members of a recognised golf club with a CONGU handicap, both at the time of application and throughout the tournament, and both must be of amateur status. The maximum handicap allowed in the tournament, and at the time of application, is 30 aggregate. In the absence of a CDH Number up to date handicap certificates must be produced on the day of registration for the Tournament. For 2015 non-competitive handicaps will be permitted. Entries must be made on the official application form, which must be accompanied by the entry fee. The draw will be sent out by Email, if you require a paper copy please send a large stamp addressed envelope. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry without assigning a reason and, if necessary, replace players who have scratched after the draw has been published. The return of entry fees to accepted entrants after the draw has been made is not guaranteed. If a late withdrawal results in a bye being given, a refund will not be made. The use of a powered buggy will only be allowed at the discretion of the Committee. Any request must be made in writing to the Chairman of the Tournament Committee no less than seven days before the first round. Players may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance only. If a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g. gradient, windspeed, temperature etc), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional function is actually used. The decision of the Tournament Committee on any matter will be final. Competitors will be made honorary members of the Club from 29th March—2nd April 2015. Accepted entrants may have one free practice round on Sunday 29th March 2015. (Details will be forwarded to successful applicants). Competitors must start at times specified. Penalty - risk of disqualification. Handicaps: 1/2 combined.
