All requests and changes MUST BE IN WRITING to one of the listed email addresses. Do not
assume that just because something was “mentioned” in a phone call it will be acted upon.
LODGING:
This is a "stay-to-play" event. If your team will not be "day-tripping", it must arrange lodging
through Titan Lodging LLC. Contact Travel Coordinator Haley at haley@titanlodging.com.
Titan Lodging has reserved rooms for MAPS & MSSL events throughout the year, including
dates when housing is in short supply. If these rooms are not consistently utilized, we will not
have the cooperation of the hotels when we most need them. So we appreciate your cooperation with this required policy.
PAYMENT:
No application is complete until payment has been received. Payment is normally due upon
application, by online eCheck or credit card.
In the event that a payment plan is authorized, or an online payment has to be re-processed,
a $50 processing fee will be applied for any payments received less than 30 days before the
event. In addition, the applicant will forfeit any discounted rate or any credits applied if payment is not completed until after the event.
Any checks should be made payable to SAJE Enterprises LLC.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO TEAMS WITHDRAWING AFTER ACCEPTANCE.
SELECTION
PROCESS:
Provide as much meaningful information about your team as possible, including recent records, participation in State Cup and Regional competition, league competitions, records in
recent major tournaments, etc.
The requested information is usually as important for flighting and scheduling purposes as it is
for acceptance, so do provide the information carefully.
The tournament reserves the right to contact State Associations, league officials and club officials to confirm and obtain additional information about applicants.
If you have an existing GotSoccer Team Account, please apply from that account. Creating
new accounts to apply to an event disables the ability to see results and scores of many previous events, again critical for flighting purposes.
GENERAL INFO:
Accepted teams are required to review the event RULES & REGULATIONS and the event
INFO LETTER FOR ACCEPTED TEAMS. Both items are accessible from the Tournament
Homepage.
In the event of adverse weather, unplayable fields or other uncontrollable conditions, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to change the format of the competition as circumstances dictate, including shortening games, cancelling games, etc. The Tournament Committee’s determination on any refunds or credits issued shall be final. Should the event be cancelled in its entirety before any tournament games are played, teams will have as a minimum
the option to receive a seventy percent (70%) refund of their entry fee.
Under no circumstances will the Tournament be responsible for any travel, lodging, consequential or special expenses claimed by teams or participants.
The tournament is an event generally open to the public. Photographs and videos of games
and participants can and should be expected, and that those images will appear in various
media, including social media, providing coverage of the event and promotion of future
events. Teams and their participants acknowledge these possibilities when applying, and
agree to the reasonable use of such images.
