EXPERIENCED PA/ADMIN RECRUITMENT
Dominion Centre is looking to recruit an
Experienced PA/Admin with a positive,
proactive, ministry oriented approach. Duties
will cover:
o Scheduling appointments for office diary, arrange travel schedules and reservations
o Maintaining up to date correspondence
with visitors to the church and retaining
oversight of key external documents
be accessible & responsive at all times to
questions, concerns and request for
information by church members.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
o Relevant experience of working as an
Admin/PA.
o Emotional resilience in working in a range
of challenging situations
o Assisting with and to progress and chase
action matters on behalf of the Administrator
and members of the pastoral team
o Ensuring operation of switchboard;
o Have a willingness to demonstrate great
commitment to the values of our organisation
o Assisting in the planning and organisation
of conferences and special events as
required
o Ability to maintain confidentiality
o Writing letters, journals and articles to be
posted on the church’s website
o Transcribing sermons/editing messages to
be published on different media
o Producing community enhancing ideas/
projects that will generate revenue for the
organisation.
o Working flexible hours as appropriate to
the needs of the organisation
o Liaison: To attend internal and external
meetings where appropriate and to minute
these when required.
o Finance: Banking, Invoices, requisitions,
cheques payable/receivable, petty cash,
income and expenditure. Developing and
maintaining statistical reports and
spreadsheets for all monitoring bodies as
required.
o Customer Care: Receive all visitors in an
appropriate manner, organising refreshments,

DESIREABLE SKILLS: Relevant experience of
working in a Church/Christian Charity or with
Pastors
SALARY: negotiable depending on
experience
