Superior design, premium materials, and attention to detail are hallmarks of the construction process that produces Cruisers Yachts
outstanding structural integrity. In addition to our proven lamination
schedule we use cored fiberglass cabin liners with integrated component indexing and support that unitizes the components to the liner to
the hull/stinger system for unparalleled structural integrity and sound
deadening. The engines are mounted using a proprietar y, all metal
mounting system. A vinylester barrier coat is used to provide superior
blister protection and IMEDGE® Gel Coat is used for superior high
luster and fade protection. We even apply high quality anti-fouling
bottom paint to all of our hull bottoms as a standard feature rather
than treating it like an option or forcing it to be done in the field like
other manufacturers. All of our hardware is heavy duty, high corrosion
resistant, stainless steel with metal backer plates that are either laminated in place or through bolted. Ever y Cruisers Yacht is ABYC and
CE certified.
Because of our focus on quality and a superior build, Cruisers
Yachts is almost entirely vertically integrated. The manufacturing
of fiberglass, upholster y, electrical/wiring, metal fabrication, and
all wood and cabinetr y fabrication is done in-house. This gives us
control over the quality and timing to insure the highest level of
workmanship as well as well as the ability to build on schedule, respond to special requests, and literally build warranty/replacement
parts for long out of production yachts.

C U S T O M S E AT S
We sweat the details. So we custom fabricate ever y interior, cockpit,
and helm seat to your exceedingly high standards. Exterior seats are
handcrafted with closed-cell foam to minimize water absorption and
contain no wood that can eventually deteriorate. Cockpit upholster y
features hide-em welts to eliminate exposed staples that damage
seats.

We’ve made it a priority to design the largest living areas in our class
with the tallest headroom and cabins with ventilating portholes and
skylights. Our open concept design invites more light below decks,
and encourages a greater level of interaction between guests.
WAL K-T H R U W IN D S H IE L D
With the exception of the Cantius series, each of our 31’–54’ Express
and Sports Coupe models offers a walk-thru windshield along with
heavy-duty handrails and non-skid fiberglass surfaces. Little things
make a big difference in a Cruisers Yacht.
