Note: This form is to be used by RMIT currently enrolled students at partners outside Australia in TAFE or Higher Education Program who wish to
change to the Melbourne Campus.
Instructions for students
Instructions for RMIT International
1. Please read and complete Section 1 to 3 of the form in block letters using a
black or blue pen.
2. Return completed form to the offshore staff liaison at your home institution.
1. Check to ensure that the form is appropriately completed by all parties.
2. Process the application within 2 working days.
3. Issue an offer letter and forward to the student.
4. Upon receiving student’s confirmation of acceptance, issue visa documentation.
5. Forward of copy the Application for Change to Melbourne Campus form to
Enrolment and Student Records.
Instructions for partner staff liaison
3. Please check to ensure that student has completed Sections 1 to 3 correctly.
4. Forward the completed form to RMIT International, who will in turn forward to the
appropriate School Selection Officer or delegate at RMIT University’s Melbourne
campus.
Instructions for School
1. Assess the student’s application and approve/disapprove request to change
to Melbourne campus.
1. Forward completed and authorised form to RMIT International.
