'Net Classes
What are 'Net Classes?
The Software Education department provides comprehensive Internet training for most applications.
Through live, interactive training sessions, you learn step-by-step procedures to help perform your job
functions more efficiently. A live instructor can address your questions immediately. Participating in handson exercises helps you learn the material and software quickly.
We offer several different types of 'Net Classes. We have Regularly Scheduled 'Net Classes, On-Demand
'Net Classes, Management Overview Series 'Net Classes, Sessions of the Month, and Free Webinars.
Regularly Scheduled 'Net Classes
A Regularly Scheduled 'Net Class is a class that is scheduled on a specific date and is open to any
customer. All Regularly Scheduled 'Net Classes are 90 minutes and cost $93 per computer logged in.
Each course contains 'Net Class sessions that cover specific topics. Sign up for the entire course or
only for the 'Net Class sessions you need.
On-Demand 'Net Classes
An On-Demand 'Net Class may be requested for a time that is convenient for your dealership. This
includes requesting a Regularly Scheduled 'Net Class at a date and time convenient for your dealership
and you can request that the 'Net Class only be taught to your dealership.
If the training you need can be done at regular class times (10:00am and 2:30pm Central) and far
enough in the future to open enrollments up to other customers and Reynolds’ associates, we consider
it a regularly-scheduled class . These classes cost $93 per session computer logged in.
If you prefer a class more quickly, at times outside of our regular class times and/or do not want others
joining the class, the cost is $310 per session per computer logged in.
Management Overview Series 'Net Classes
Management Overview Series (MOS) classes are designed to give new customers an overview of the
system and key features that help increase profits, improve management oversight, and reduce costs.
Session of the Month 'Net Classes
Session of the Month 'Net Classes (SOM) highlight a specific topic. For information on SOMs, contact
Reynolds and Reynolds Softwared Education at SED@reyrey.com or call 937-485-1700 and watch your
email.
Free Webinars
Free Webinar 'Net Classes are offered at no charge. Each month 1-2 specific tpics are covered each
month, with multiple sessions held at different times to accommodate schedules. Webinars are typically

Classroom Classes
What are Classroom Classes?
Manager-level courses covering broad areas of Reynolds software such as accounting or fixed operations.
These courses are held at Reynolds and Reynolds' training centers in Houston, TX and Dayton, OH,
allowing you to learn software away from the distractions of your everyday schedule.
We offer two types of Classroom Classes, Regularly Scheduled Classroom Classes and On-Demand
Classroom classes.
Regularly Scheduled Classroom Classe
A Regularly Scheduled Classroom Class is a class that is scheduled on a specific date and is open to
any customer. All Regularly Scheduled Classroom Classses cost $310 per person, per day.
On-Demand Classroom Classes
An On-Demand Classroom Class may be requested for a time that is convenient for your dealership.
This includes requesting a Regularly Scheduled Classroom Class at a date and time convenient for your
dealership and you can request that the Class only be taught to your dealership.
If the training you need can be done far enough in the future to open enrollments up to other customers
and Reynolds’ associates, we consider it a regularly-scheduled class . These classes cost $310 per
person, per day.
If you prefer a class more quickly, at times outside of our regular class times and/or do not want others
