For this your need to register under a “Community Membership” which is FREE Go to www.nzequestrian.org.nz and sign up. We will collect your details then electronically when you enter online ***there is a raffle on the day, so bring your loose change to get into the draw*** SUNDAY 8th FEBRUARY 2015, TAURANGA RACECOURSE Conditions Of Entry 1. All classes run under ESNZ Rules. http://www.nzequestrian.org.nz/Article.aspx?ID=1763 2. Entries close – Friday 30 th January 2015. Enter online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz (preferably) or send paper forms to – Event Secretary address on previous page 3. Payments can be made into Dressage Tauranga bank account. Westpac 03 0445 0178098 00. 4. Entries will not be accepted without full entry fee and ground fees. Incorrect entries will be returned. If not done online must be on ESNZ rider forms. Non-graded riders please use the form on our website. 5. Maximum of 2 tests per horse/pony. Ponies may compete against horses in all classes. Max 2 horses per rider. 6. Only horses entered are permitted to be on the grounds. 7. All horses competing in the Non Graded section must wear identification numbers which will be allocated and must be collected from the office PRIOR TO COMPETING. These must be worn for the duration of the show and must be returned to the Office at the end of the event. 8. All horses must wear ID tags (with name and contact cell phone number) at all times on the grounds when not competing. 9. Draw will be available on www.dressagetauranga.co.nz from Wednesday 4th February 10. Entries will be accepted in order of receipt and the organising committee reserves the right to wait-list entries. Accepted late entries will incur a $10 penalty payable before riding on the day. Class changes incur a $10 fee. 11. If due to weather the day is cancelled, check website for cancellation. Notice will be posted by 2pm day prior. 12. Please notify scratching, 80% will be refunded with a vet, farrier or doctors certificate. These will be accepted up to 7 days after the event. No liability will be accepted in the event of any accident to horse, rider, spectator or property. 13. All enquires to event secretary 14. No Dogs 15. No crossing track till after 8am Sunday 16. Please ensure all correct fees are paid on the one cheque or the one bank deposit to Dressage Tauranga. 17. Riders ride at your own risk, and Tauranga Dressage Group is not responsible for any damage to you and or property 18. All manual entries incur a $3 charge per class – we encourage you to enter online. 19. All yards and areas around floats & trucks must be left clean & tidy. Please place any hay/sawdust/manure etc in the areas designated for this. An invoice for cleaning may be sent to anyone who leaves a mess. 20.
