PRESIDENTS REPORT
I would like to extend a special thank you too those who gave of their time, and in some instances, travelled
long distances to help clear the club rooms in readiness for the long awaited re- stumping of our club rooms.
It was, for me, a little disappointing that the clean up team were some of the older members.
As discussed in the shed report, I will be organising a professional mechanical inspection of firstly the Sprite
too ensure it complies with the 404 concessional requirements and eventually the Oxford, then the truck.
I would also like to thank Jenny Sumpton, Fred Singleton, Theo Bekkers for joining me at the VAA club
rooms to find out how the new Associations Incorporation Act will affect our Constitution. In the fullness of
time the committee will meet and review the new act and also any changes which need to be made to the
overall Club Constitution document. We will keep all members fully informed of what and why the changes
are made.
