Please pray …
- with thanksgiving for those who have successfully come through surgery in the last week, and
for those awaiting surgery in the coming weeks;
- for those we know who have undergone, or are awaiting organ transplants;
- for those who wait to hear God’s voice in their situations—that their faith will sustain them as
they listen for his still, small voice, and for boldness to follow his leading;
- with thanksgiving for Janet and Annabel stepping in to take the Family Service at Potton last
week; for Children’s Church in Natalie and Jefferson’s absence, that we will have the resources
and helpers to continue the work that has been established over the last two years;
- for those being held captive against their will and for those who are holding them; that the
captors may recognise the dignity of each human being and repent of their deeds.
For those we know who have asked us to pray for them :
Rev Liz Hughes (wife of Archdeacon Paul), Rev Barbara Johnson.
