We are pleased to offer you a program designed to help you get the most up-to-date diagnostic and treatment information regarding breast cancer and patient management. Program is of interest for physicians in practice, nurses, resident, doctors in training and medical students. We also wish to encourage local and regional research, in addition to our participation in international research and included sessions for that at AUB BCC3. Like every year, we assembled a great panel of speakers and experts to deliver 2014 updates on the management of patients with breast cancer and to have multidisciplinary tumor board sessions. We will present CME- lectures, highlights and updates from major oncology meetings, including St. Gallen, ASCO, ESMO, ABC2, San Antonio, and the published literature. We will hold two case discussion sessions, and several non-CME satellite symposia. Also, we will continue the tradition of special scientific talks relevant to both physicians and nurses, in an effort to forge better collaboration between Medical, Surgical, Radiological, Pathological Oncology, other physician specialties and Nursing Oncology. In addition to the Lebanese Order of Physicians and Medical Scientific Societies, we collaborate with the Lebanese Order of Nursing on those subjects, as well as Lebanese NGOs and Patient Support Groups to advance patient advocacy and patients’ rights. Also, we are pleased that the Arab medical Association Against Cancer (AMAAC) is actively participating in our meeting as well. Finally, in the name of the members of the Scientific Committee of AUBMC BCC3, The Breast Center of Excellence of the Naef K.
