Regular Session:
Board President Mario Christina read the following statement: "As President of the Delsea Regional High School District Board
of Education, I hereby certify that provisions of the "Open Public Meeting Law" P.L. 1975, Chapter 231, have been met. Notice
of this meeting was mailed to "The South Jersey Times", The Sentinel", and "The Daily Journal", as well as to the municipal
clerks of Elk and Franklin Townships.

Mr. Nicholson, Mr. Passante, and Mrs. Divens spoke about Semi Annual Violence and Vandalism Report
Mr. Nicholson stated that the Middle School numbers are very similar to the prior year. Mr. Nicholson also noted that in the past
five years only two fights per year
Mrs. Divens stated that the High School numbers were lowered by two.
Mr. Passante described programs that were instituted to reduce violence and vandalism.

CITIZENS
Citizen Mrs. Bolinski commended the Board on the Bond Referendum, she also stated that she felt issue number two and three
were voted down due to no educational relevance.
Dr. Gravenor explained the relevance of question two and three.
Citizen Mr. Pender asked when the lottery was for school choice student, and did Delsea comply with the regulations.
Dr. Gravenor explained that the lottery was held within the time lines given, also that all regulations were followed.
Mr. Pender then ask if he can review the school choice students.
Dr. Gravenor told him no.

CITIZENS:
Citizen Mrs.Karen Ballinger inquired why Middle School and High School where no longer ridding the same bus, also if the bus
is consistently early to school why are we not changing the pickup time to a later time
Dr. Gravenor explained we are no longer sharing services with Franklin Township and that the busses have to be ready to pick up
other students after dropping off
Mrs. Karen Ballinger also wanted to know if the chrome books could be done away with and the funds used for something else
Dr Gravenor stated that they could not
